The following list was compiled by the Center for Schools and Communities as a resource on gifted and talented children. This list is not intended to be comprehensive, but rather a reference for additional research and information.

    Selected references on academic acceleration, as well as supportive handout information from presenter workshop.

  • Creative Connections for Kids
    Offers fifty (50) activities that focus on the use of imagination and creative thinking skills to generate unique ideas and alternatives. These connections serve as a tool for students and are intended to be an interesting strategy which encourages student interaction, teamwork, and creative production.

    NFGCC's is a non-profit foundation whose goal is to get much needed information to the parents of gifted children.

  • National Gifted Children's Fund (NGCF)

    A non-profit charity that assists profoundly gifted youth with the educational materials to enhance their education enabling their minds to develop to extremely high potentials that would otherwise not be possible due to their financial disadvantages. To date there is no other foundation or organization offering direct assistance in the form of scholarships or financial aid for early and elementary education for these children.
